Wellness services are focused at the community level. We bring discounted blood work, free blood pressure checks, home sleep testing, pain relief, discounted supplements/vitamins, and specialty consultations.
Primary Care
Our primary care nurse practitioner provides comprehensive care for ages 12 and up. Kim focuses on building relationships with her patients to provide personalized care.
Specialty Care
Pharmacists, Chiropractor, Psychiatry, Sleep Health, and Women's Health/Hormones are available. Referrals can me made to any specialty.
Preventive Care
We believe that prevention is key to maintaining good health. Our preventive care services include annual physicals, immunizations, and cancer screenings.
Telemedicine
We offer telemedicine visits for your convenience. You can connect with our healthcare providers from the comfort of your own home or office.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and Share Plans. We also offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance.
